Sultry, Seductive and Powerful Boudoir
Miss N. was so amazing to work with and open to trying unique pieces of wardrobe. I love that she ended up with a really wide ranging variety of outfits and images because of this. And she is just as bold and strong as the red lipstick she favors. She knocked it out of the park! As a San Diego boudoir photographer, I love helping my clients hone the look of their session by bringing out their unique personalities. I always recommend bringing in at least 2 of your own lingerie pieces, but don’t forget that I have a full client closet to choose from!
Client Interview:
Q: What motivates you to pursue a boudoir shoot right now?
A: I’ve been wanting one for a long time. I just need to do it and quit waiting.
Q: On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most confident) how would you rate how you feel about your body? Elaborate.
A: 7. I am squishy and do not eat as healthy as I should and also have PCOS, which wreaks havoc on my hormones (also common cause of infertility). I was able to conceive and give birth 17 months ago and I am still nursing my daughter. Due to these things I have the usual stretchmarks and my boobs are funny. At the same time, my body did amazing things so I have to be nice. I feel sexy in the mirror but seeing photos that other people take makes me self conscious.
Q: What three words would you select to describe the look/ feel of the images you hope to create?
A: Sultry, Seductive, POWERFUL
