While every client has a different level of nervousness, almost all are definitely nervous. That’s fine. That’s GOOD! This is a pretty nerve-racking thing to do! But man o man is it worth it!

A: Weight loss, a boost in self confidence & self love.
Q: On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most confident) how would you rate how you feel about your body? Elaborate.
A: 7/8, After my second child I struggled a lot with how I looked in the mirror, got the courage to change my eating habits & began to exercise.
Q: What three words would you select to describe the look/ feel of the images you hope to create?
A: Empowerment, self-love and happiness.
